Mango Co-Ferment Colombia Jairo Arcila

A juicy explosion of Mango and Piña Colada notes illuminate from first sip to the last! We're excited to announce our newest Limited Edition to our Experimental Collection - Colombia Mango Co-Fermented micro lot from the exceptionally talented Jairo Arcila. Only the ripest cherries were harvested for this coffee leading to an exceedingly juicy fruity coffee. With vibrant notes of Juicy Mango, Piña Colada, Vanilla, Caramel, and a lively Tropical Fruit finish. The cherries undergo a dry anaerobic 48-hour fermentation by Jairo, during this stage, Mango pulp is added to the fermentation tanks. The Mango add their tropical sweetness and a luscious, juicy character to the coffee. Following fermentation, the cherries are pulped and thoroughly washed to remove the mucilage. As a green conscious farmer, the wastewater Jairo generated during the washed process is then treated using a green filtration system.  As a result, no contaminated water is exited from the processing center, ensuring an environmentally sustainable operation.
