For third-generation coffee producers Oscar and Francisca Chacón, coffee is more than just in their family heritage: It's in their hearts and souls as well. The couple is committed to quality and innovation like Perla Negra or “Black Pearl” which is a process developed by Oscar & Francisca Las Lajas. This is a Natural process where coffee sun-dries for 10 days, then rests in fresh clean sacks for 3 days before finishing on raised beds. This lends to an exceptionally juicy, fruity, complex & winey, and truly incredible coffee.
