Incredibly Vibrant Watermelon Candy notes bursting with every sip! We're excited to announce our newest Limited Edition to our Experimental Collection - Colombia Watermelon Co-Fermented micro lot from the exceptionally talented Jairo Arcila. Only the ripest cherries were harvested for this coffee leading to quite possibly the most fruit forward coffee you'll experience with vibrant notes of Watermelon Candy, Sweet Lime, Honeydew, and Chocolate Orange slices drip off of every sip. The cherries undergo a dry anaerobic 48-hour fermentation by Jairo, during this stage, Watermelon is added to the fermentation tanks. The Watermelon adds its refreshing, juicy sweetness and fruitiness to the coffee. Then after fermentation, the cherries are pulped to remove the outer skin while leaving the mucilage intact. This sticky, honey-like layer is what gives the Honey process its name and contributes to the coffee’s sweetness and body. Every sip is truly a fruity vibrant experience we're so excited for you to enjoy.
