This wonderfully vibrant coffee highlights the unwavering commitment to quality and innovation Juan Dario Gomez and his family have to coffee. Utilizing an exotic and unique Lactic fermentation process. The coffee cherries are first placed in an oxygen-free environment to favor the growth of lactic acid bacteria. Then they undergoes an Anaerobic Fermentation for 72 hours. This leads to an exceptionally juicy, bright, and fruit forward cup we're so excited to highlight with a light-medium roast profile. Each sip delivers a memorable experience, and we find this offering provides a phenomenally vibrant cup for all your favorite brewing methods from pour over, to french press, and espresso.
