The Black Diamond Natural is a rare SL-28 varietal in Costa Rica. The SL-28 varietal is a slow maturing plant with remarkable sweetness which is present if the very first sip. Grown at Finca Sabana Redonda Farm (Charon Family farm) is one of the highest elevated farms that Las Lajas owns. The Oscar & Francisca Charon family are known for processing and growing many of the most renowned coffees in Costa Rica. We find this offering provides a phenomenally vibrant cup for all your favorite brewing methods from pour over, to french press, and espresso. It's truly an exceptional experience!
