Ovidio Ramirez, the farmer, of El Guachipilin farm hand picks the ripe cherries, then fermented dry for 18–24 hours then washes the coffee three times and dries the coffee under nylon on patios for 3–5 days. His coffee expertise in coffee growing & processing is on full display in every luxuriously, silky, sweet sip! This well balanced, syrupy sweet coffee is perfect for all brewing methods from pour over to espresso.
